Join a monthly group space for thoughtful, curious adult musicians who want more than “Did I practice or not?”

Together, we explore music through the lens of holistic musicianship: integrating the intellectual (how music works), the emotional (what music means and expresses), and the physical (how it lives in the body). These sessions are part discussion, part live exploration, and part supported sharing.

You are welcome to bring a short excerpt of something you’re working on, or simply come ready to listen and reflect. The focus is not performance or perfection, but presence, awareness, and integration.
